Advanced Chemical System "ACS" from Auwa is an exceptionally user-friendly, innovative chemical refill concept, specially developed for "WashTec" car washes. Rather than having to handle heavy canisters, the washing chemicals can now be refilled easily with 5 kg cartridges. All that is left for the operating personnel to do is to remove the empty cartridge and insert the full one – job done! The process is clean, quick and without any risk of mix-ups – and the chemicals last just as long. In spite of their compact design and maximum weight of 5.5 kg, the highly concentrated cartridges last for 1,000 to 2,500 washes, depending on which product the customer is using.
The filling levels can be easily checked using a PC or app. This tremendous user convenience helps to reduce the downtimes of your car wash due to having to refill and perform checks. Changing a cartridge takes no more than 2 minutes, meaning that your customers don't have to wait.
